Yes it’s almost In mint condition and has little rust
Where is the rust located? Is it superficial rust? Is the frame rotting away or is it holding up?
There is minimal rust on the frame and I could probably repaint it so it will last many more years

If you’re serious about it, find somebody with a fancy scan tool to check if they can read the real mileage via OBD2 (and a through PPI).

$2000 isn’t much for a running vehicle these days, but still, you don’t want to end up having to write it off.
