Hi Scotty, I know you say not to buy a rebuilt car. Im interested in this 2007 Lincoln Town Car Signature Limited. Its had a minor collision, basically just the plastic bumper needed to be replaced, has 190 kms and appears to be fixed properly and is in immaculate condition. Sale price is $4900. CAD or best offer.

Scotty says do not buy "Salvage"/"rebuilt" title. Is the title clean?
