My dad has a 2007 Mazda 3 5 speed Manual with 150000 miles and I think It is still on the original transmission oil. Should he change it?

Personally, unless it’s leaking oil, I wouldn’t bother doing anything to it.

What are the manufacturer's specifications? I never went beyond 60,000 miles without changing mine.
