My 2014 Corolla has top speed limited to 115 mph should I disable speed limiter so I can reach the highest top speed as possible?
No. It's a Corolla.
Get a Ferrari and go to a race track if you want to do that.
To be specific, aero effects are not linear. Much over 80-90 mph, and airflow starts to have a disproportionate effect on handling. The Corolla was not designed to move that fast, and can start experiencing lift, which reduces grip and can make the car more difficult to handle (the reason performance cars have spoilers and wings and such is not to make them go faster, it’s to force them down and make them turn better).
If you want speed in a Corolla, you’ll have to do additional mods. Wheel and tire upgrades, suspension upgrades, and aero upgrades, otherwise you’ll never be able to handle it at speed.
PS: you also better take into account that it’s not just limiting top speed, it’s really limiting RPMs. You run too fast for too long, you’ll throw a rod and the party’s over.

Only if you have a death wish.
No, Toyota Corollas were not designed to overspeed.
No
I'm surprised it's set so low
