I have a Gen3 Prius with a C13109 error code and is outside the warranty recall extension, the vehicle has the original battery and I have 191miles , this car has had synthetic oil changes every 3k, but has been a 20k mile per year car. I’m disappointed in Toyota because the first notice of a problem was recently with pump actuator forcing the computer to recalibrate abs every 2 minutes.

I would not even bother fixing it.
