Is a 2009 Toyota 4Runner Limited SR5 4WD 96,000 listed $10,800 a good choice?

It's an ok price. Just have a mechanic look it over and make sure that there are no major codes on that vehicle.
Get a compression test.
The price is good if it is in good shape, along with the other suggestions, watch out for hidden issues like rust. The price is good, but not so good that it would make me terribly suspicious that it has something wrong, might just be a good deal.

Good car but get it checked by an Professional mechanic And also take it for road test on both main road and highway
