Should I repair or trade?

I have a 2011 Honda Accord with 261825 miles. Car is automatic. The car is having problems with the starter, the oil pan needs to be tapped or replaced, power steering needs to be replaced and AC unit isn't blowing cold very well. Should I get the car repaired or trade it in? It's hard to start but drives once I get it started.

Depends how much it cost to repair and how much you would get for trading it in.

Starters even eventually go out. I don’t think it is too expensive to change them out on an Accord. Heck I don’t think it is too difficult either (I’ve never done it, yet, but it seems fairly straight forward, at least on my Accord.) if it was just the starter, I would keep it.

Oil pan, how bad is the leak?

How do you know the power steering needs to be replaced? Could a simple power steering fluid exchange solve the problem? Or is it too far gone?

Is it the pump? The pump shouldn’t be too expensive. But if it the actual rack. This could be the deal breaker, as I think these are expensive to repair, if it is the actual rack.
