Hi, I have a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE FWD with 102K miles on it. The sliding doors (both sides) opens and close after a few seconds pause/delay. Lets say I pull on the handle or press a button on the key fab, the door would make a beep sound, then 2-4 seconds of delay and only then it would open. The same thing happens when I close it. Do you know why it happens? Thank you.

That generally means the motors are just getting old. Now. There might be a little extra drag on the motor so I'd spray some silicone lube on all the runners to make it go a little bit smoother but lot of times it's just the motors are starting to wear from age. And of course do load test your battery cuz if you got a weak battery it'll do that too
