Hi Scotty, I have a 2003 toyota Camry 2.4 L with 4 speed asin transmission 221,000 miles on it I have a slight jerk while letting off the gas if you are going over 45 mph wondering what it could be I cleaned the throttle body. I don't think it is the transmission because it shifts smoth as silk and the fluid has been changed every 30,000 miles with toyota fluid ever since I got the car wondering if it could be moter mounts/transmission mounts. Thanks
On a 19-year old car motor mounts would definitely be suspect.

Do you think it could be the transmission. Scotty says that the 4 speed asin transmission is pretty bulletproof
It's possible, even a bulletproof piece of machinery can wear out after nearly 20 years. I'd check the easy stuff first though.
