Slightly rough idle on 2016 Lexus ES 350

Hi Scotty!

We recently purchased a 2016 ES 350 (JTHBK1GG3G2240913) from a dealership with 15,580 miles on it. The original owner drove the car 10,729 and owned it for only 9 months. The second owner only drove the car an average of 869 miles per year, the next four years, and then we purchased it. The CARFAX shows it had fairly regular service throughout those years. We purchased the Blue Driver scan tool and it doesn't reveal any problems. It does say a code was cleared around the 10,000 mile mark. The car seems to idle a little rough, in my opinion, and the engine sounds like it is a little louder than it should be. Wondering if this is normal. I've heard it's not good for the car if it isn't driven much, and I'm wondering if we're going to have problems down the road. Is there any way to know? Your input would be very much appreciated!

Clean the MAF sensor and throttle body. Change the air filter as well if it is dirty and drive the car on highway for about 30 min.
