I have a 2013 Rav4 Limited, I've noticed a small constant knock when I press on my brake while the car in Drive. It goes away after I release the brake pedal. I can hear it pretty clear in the cabin of the vehicle. I'm thinking it might be something with the brake hose or the caliper. I'm curious if anyone has experienced this before I start diagnosing the problem. Thank you in advance.

Do you mean 1 single knock as you press the brake, or a knock-knock-knock-knock... ?
While in drive and my foot on the brake pedal. I can hear constant knocks inside the cabin until I release the brake pedal to move forward. The knock doesn't go away when I press the brake pedal again, continues to keep knocking.
If pedal goes down a bit after a knock, abs. Otherwise, clean caliper and glide bolts (grease these). Likely the later. Do all 4 if one is in need of maintenance/cleaning as they all will be similar. Typical in rust belt or car that you see corrosion around wheel hub/undercarriage.
