I’ve seen several of these available from 20 bucks at Harbor Freight up to 100 on Amazon. Anyone ever try one of these out?

I have a couple of those from Harbor Freight, they basically work to keep a charged battery topped up on an old car that isn't used much. Best used on a really old car that has no "always on" electronics since the panels don't put out much current. They will not charge a flat battery, just help keep a charged one alive. (Maybe the more expensive ones put out enough current for charging.)
