Hey Scott,
I've been watching your videos for a while and they have been very helpful.
I have a 2008 BMW X5, one of the best car I've had so far. But after taking it the the BMW for a water leak fix, The bluetooth won't connect anymore and I have the error code of SOS malfunction displayed on my dashboard. I've watched a lot of videos and try some recommendations but no success.
Do you have any insight on this for me?

Take it back to the shop, they broke it, they should fix it.
