I'm planning on changing my spark plugs because one of my spark plug gaskets were broken and believe some oil got in the spark plug well so should I also change the wires and ignition coils to its a 4 cylinder tercel but only on the first cylinder is where the spark plug gasket was broken

how many miles are on these plugs? Do the tips look worn out? A bit of oil can't hurt them.
