I just spilled about a shot’s worth of Honda power steering fluid
mostly on metal, a little on a hose, and perhaps a tiny bit on the serpentine belt!
belt doesn’t seem any different. No slippage.
should I go to town and clean it all crazy with brake cleaner ?
thank you.
p.s I know how to use a funnel, just the little things get by :/

FWIW. Last year, I spilled some power steering fluid on my alternator, and a tiny bit serpentine belt. I just wiped it off the serpentine time belt. And brake cleaner the alternator outside the car. So far so good. I’d like to hear others thoughts.
