Hey there, I drive a 2006 Chevy Malibu LT. It has just under 200k miles. Sometimes after taking short trips, the car will fail to start. The engine sputters, and will eventually die out. When it does this, I give it some gas during the sputters, and it starts right up. The car seems to run fine otherwise, just doesn't start well sometimes. It happened yesterday while I was out of work for lunch. Can't risk being stranded during my shift, so I am curious what is going on.
