Hi, new on here. I recently have a squeaky wheel when I turn. Nothing too loud, but when I make a full turn, there is an audible squeak. I plan to lubricate the bottom part of the steering wheel rotates, where the brake pedal is at, but my question is, can this be anything major? (My fluid level looks fine.)
What alerts me is the fact that my ignition is very finicky all of a sudden at the same time. I have to flip the key and give it multiple tries before I'm able to successfully turn the key and the engine on.
Yes, I have an old car. A 2001 v4 Camry, but these issues happening near simultaneously has got me a bit worried...
Thanks a lot for any kind of feedback or help!
Have a look and inspect the rubber bushing on your steering system
Apply some rubber rejunivator and see how that goes ..
