Can negative camber cause tires to squeal and spin out a little bit when regularly turning or do I need new tires I looked at my tires and there’s still a good amount of tread on all 4 of them

If the degree of camber is over one degree, it may. Take it to a good alignment shop (you can't tell with your eye, not at all).
