I have a 2009 Lincoln MKS I have had two steering racks put in the last 4 years and my steering just got harder again,steering wheel does not come back when making a turn ,but when the road is wet the steering works easy ,how can this be fixed , belts are good and fluid is full

Have you tested pump pressure?
