Hi I have 2011 honda civic. My steering wheel vibrates but NOT excessively but you can definitely feel itupon cold start and at idle. It goes away after few minutes. all my motor mounts are new. Is it normal?

Well they can vibrate for lots of reasons you might try my video make your car run better with a little spray cleaner. Cleaning the throttle and mass air flow sensor often can help them and of course if your spark plugs are rolled change them change the air filter all normal maintenance
My sparkplugs are new and my idle rpm is okay at around 1300 rpm cold start. Its just weird that I can feel a little bit of vibration on the steering wheel at cold start then disappears after few minutes.

Check your power steering pump and fluid level.
