I have a 2005 Camry 3.0L with 304,000 miles. Doesn't burn oil and no lights on the dash. I noticed last winter the steering wheel would not turn until the car warmed up. This past summer there were no issues. Since the weather has turned cold this winter the Camry is doing it again; steering wheel power steering assist not operable until the car warms up. Could it be the power steering fluid? It's plenty red!
