Can a formula 1 car be Street legal if you put some turn lights/mirrors on it and maybe raise it?
Side note, when car guys say they like hellcat and Bugatti cause they are fast, they are posers trying to look rich. If you want fast, get an f1 car or a kawasaki ninja hr2.

It might also depend on what state you live in. For example, the AM General HMMWV is only street legal in a few states like Utah. It will apply the same to that.

I think some countries it might be but pretty sure it will not be in any American State. If ya want something that fast, it needs to be on a track, not the road.
