Hello Scotty. My name is Sergey. Been watching you youtube for a while now. Got question on switching gas octanes on 2018 Ford F150 5.0 engine. By the book, it takes regular and Ive owned this guy for almost 2 years now and been feeding it regular for nearly 18 months then switched to premium. Now with all these gas prices thought to switch back to either regular or at least midrange (89 in western states). Will this damage engine or cause me any problems? Thanks

If the owner's manual says that it only needs regular gas you should have no problem using that. In fact putting premium in it is a waste of money.

no, won't harm anything. if it doesn't call for premium then it doesn't need it. And you're just spending more $$ than you need to.
