I have a couple good scan tools and I tried to use both of them to diagnose a Supplemental Restraint System light on the dash of our 2004 Volvo C-70. When I select the SRS both scan tools say System Not Developed and neither manuals say what that means. No way I’m bringing it to the Volvo dealer so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Do you mind sharing the names of both scan tools, please?

Get hold of the scan tool manufacturers and ask them.
