Got codes 0110, 0300, 0301, 0304 on a 2004 Tacoma 2.7, with about 300K on it. I installed top of the line spark plugs, changed out the coil on cyl 1 (they are all pretty new, Denso), replaced the air filter, map and AIT sensor, a couple vacuum hoses, and finally the EGR valve. I checked the PCV valve, and it's fine. I cleaned it and reinstalled it. Truck idles rough until it gets warmed up, then better, but still intermittent misfire. What am I missing?

Any clues in the live data, or freeze-frame data recorded when the codes were set?
