Is a new chevy tahoe reliable?
Unreliable, overpriced, and ugly.
I agree with you. It looks like Chevy Silverado have the ugliest makeup and now they put the same ugly makeup to the Tahoe. i guess you can say it's the face a mother can never love. (Mod_Man reference)
@Mod_Man Quick update how's your Hondas holding up?
Way to go, you botched a proverb that everyone should know.
It goes, "A face only a mother could love".
@mmj LOL
I could take that harshly as a sarcastic comment lol. {black}:scared:
To answer the question, my Hondas are still going strong. The Ridgeline just turned 16k miles and the Accord is just shy of 50k miles. Driving it a bit less now though as the wife likes the truck better so the Accord likely will see the mileage hover around 50k while we will be adding miles on the truck. And I had a nice laugh at you guys' comments. Y'all are too funny. {black}
No
No, and it’s got even more technology than prior generations so going to become even more of a money pit over time.
If you really like it, you are better off leasing it and then returning before the warranty expires.
Don't you need a boat operator's license to drive one of these things? For GM products, I wouldn't buy anything made after 2006.
Definitely no
Search for Scotty's videos.
He has a number of them regarding GM's decline in quality over the past 20 years.
With that price tag it makes me wonder why not consider the Toyota Sequoia; great quality but also don't look ugly like the Tahoe.
I usually don't like Toyota styling, but the Sequoia is one of their better looking vehicles.
I do agree with your point on some of their vehicles but comparing the Sequoia to the Tahoe the Sequoia definitely looks a lot better in my opinion. Personal preference thing for sure.
I generally like older GM looks, but the new Tahoe fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
Best way to explain it.
I’d avoid any GM vehicle made after 2006 as Doc said but if you’re rich, and/or like to buy a new vehicle every 5 years, go ahead. Or just lease it. My sister’s 2019 Tahoe hasn’t given her any issues…. Yet. But it’s only a couple years old with 13k miles. Things get ugly once they hit 90k-120k miles
Well, you have to be really dumb to buy a brand new Tahoe
Chill mate, go have a beer..

Well, you have to be really dumb to buy a brand new Tahoe because the new ones are piles of junk and completely fall apart. They are nothing like the ones from the early to mid-2000s and older.
We're going to say loud and proud. YYNo.
