T&C Tranny oil change

Hello Scotty from WNY (Cheektowaga)! I would like to change the tranny oil and filter on my '08 Chrysler Town & Country (3.8L) that has 105K miles on it because the tranny is a little sticky changing gears when it's cold (which in Buffalo is most of the time!). I then noticed your concern against doing that maintenance when the vehicle has higher mileage. I still would like to clean the muck out of the pan and change the filter, so wondering if I would be better advised to reinstall the old fluid?, maybe filter the old fluid through a coffee filter? OR use new fluid with Lukas tranny treatment (which I totally believe in, and have had great luck with the Lucas products in my steering systems over the years). I'm leaning toward new fluid, but would hold onto the old fluid in case it would need to go back in. Also, thinking about adding a Fumoto drain valve if there's the possibility I'm going to be going back and forth with the fluid. Which way do you think I should go?  Thanks! -Mark

I would just change the filter and fluid and pray cuz those are weak transmissions anyway I don't break on its own soon anyways

Thank you, Scotty! I'll continue to baby it until it gets traded back to the Dealer (LOL)!
