Hi Scotty
I have an issue with my car’s temp gauge. Driving on the road like usual my cars temp stays at the normal halfway point, however when I pull up and put the car in reverse the temp begins to rise to around the 3/4 mark.
Now once I pull in and put the car back into park the temp goes back to normal again. This only seems to happen when reversing, what could be causing this?
Any advice would be appreciated

Check your coolant level and the next time that happens check to see if your radiator fans are working
