Hey scotty,

Big fan here from UAE, i have a honda civic 2008, my temperature gauge is slowly up to '12 bars" (nromal is 9bars) after driving for 30-40mins and AC is off, but temperature is going normal when i turn on the AC. what could be the problem?

If you have dual fans on your radiator, and the main one is out, When turning on the AC, the AC fan is spinning which makes up for the main one.
Have you checked if they both spin normally?

@mascot15
hello, thank you for your answer. both are spinning if i turn on the AC. if i dont turn the AC the radiator fan is not working but i was informed that it is normal, it will only spin if the temperature has reach the limit. however, my temperature gauge goes up

@mascot15
The temperature sensor for the radiator fan is probably not working (might be in the radiator or on the engine, I'm not familiar with that model).
