Hey Scotty. This is not a car question. I'm curious, why Tenn. over Texas?

Probably because TX is turning blue in the really near future and he said in a vid that it was getting to urbanized and preppy for his liking.

Yes he mentioned that the area he was in is becoming too urbanized and preppy. His house is also about 100 years old and is falling apart at the foundation. His son and grandkids live in Tennessee so he wanted to move in with them in order to spend more time with family. Plus, they had a 2 car garage available for him to use.
