I have a 2008 Town and Country, 222300 miles.  Motor not burning oil, less than 1/2 quart every 5k.  Interior in good shape, no tears in seats, etc.  minor paint issues, still looks pretty good. Problem, rear bearings need replaced, trans occasionally slips out of joint and will not shift, I have to turn the vehicle off and it resets.

Sell it while it’s still shifting.

Replacing it with something new is going to put you in a $40,000 hole.  What's your choice?
