2006 Honda Ridgeline - iv been having this issue for awhile now but when I'm driving on the highway after I give it a bit of gas, the gas peddle becomes super touchy & the RPMs stay at 4 without my foot on the pedal its not loosing power but it just seems so sensitive then after awhile it goes back to normal. Cruse control is off
I've recently cleaned the throttle body but the issue was happening before i did that
any ideas ?

Rather than guessing I would advise having a mechanic. But if you want to guess you change the throttle body and if it is a good throttle body that doesn't stick odds are the accelerator pedal sensor is bad then
