when I go from park to reverse and neutral to drive my engine rocks forward a bit not much and it clicks for 2 seconds and goes away should I be concerned
I get that but it clicks really bad For the first two seconds
You should find out where the noise comes from.
It sounds like the fan is hitting something when the engine rocks forward for like two seconds and then rocks back but it sounds more like it coming from the trans I think I will change the toque motor mount to fix the engine rocking a little bit but I feel I have another issue
Either you or a mechanic should find out exactly where the noise comes from and then spend money on parts and labors. You don’t want to throw money into your car without knowing the issue.

As Joe mentioned, if your engine is rocking too much, it most likely needs new engine mounts, to begin with.
