Should all 4 tires be the exact same tread pattern or model?

I just got a used 2019 Ford Edge from Carvana.  It has 3 Michelin Lattitude Tour HP and 1 Michelin Lattitude Tour.   The latter is a more expensive tire so I assume when the previous owner had to replace a tire they were out of the HP.  They are similar but different speed ratings and slightly different tread patterns.  Is this safe.  Do I need to get rid of the odd one.  The vehicle has 14k miles and the odd tire was put on at 7900 miles.  Thanks

If you've got the space, you could also save that tire and put it in a plastic bag in the garage as a spare in case you get into a tight spot and need it. My Mustang had a deck screw destroy the tread on one tire and the other had a little nail in the shoulder.  I ordered two OEM tires at the dealer and had them installed. The little nail didn't puncture the tire, so I kept it as a spare. That mismatched full size tire as a spare is way better than any donut, which they don't even put in most cars anymore.
