All 4 of my tires are cupped on the outside. They all have 50,000 miles on them so I'm going to replace them anyway. I just want know if the wheels will need to be rebalanced or is there anything more serious? When I reach highway speed, the tires make choking wolf growling noise that is like a broken ambulance siren, if you can imagine.
That noise is hard to imagine, but it sounds awful.
Make sure your suspension isn't all sloppy, struts aren't worn out, and have an alignment done.

Should I be afraid of what I may find, if I Google your description of the sound??
Anyway, take the car to a reputed front end shop to fix the alignment first, before you buy new tyres.
I say, just fix your vehicle (suspension? alignment?), … and get a new set of tires! No point dwelling on this, …
