My 2001 Camry with 272k kms on it doesn’t start when the temperature is below 0 C ? Not sure what really the problem is?

Whens the last time you changed the fuel filter? Also check the connections to the battery and grounds.
Sometimes if the temperature fluctuates a lot where you are it will build condensation inside the fuel tank and dilute your gas. I recommend adding heet to your tank if thats the issue. (Only like 3 dollars from a parts store it comes in a yellow bottle)
