Do 2005-2006 toyota camry or solara burn oil

Hello, i recently found out the 2005-2006 toyotas also have the 2az-fe engines, was looking at getting a 2005-2006 toyota camry or solara 4cylinder, with the 5 speed automatic transmission, please do they have same oil burning issues as the 2007-2009 years?

Cause I checked on here and most people seem to say the 2005-2006 years are great and "can run forever".

Please help clarify me,

No, the issue is for 2007-2009 model year 4 cylinder engines.

No those ones are safe and reliable, it was the 2007-2009 Camry's with the 4 cylinder engines that were the crappers, but if it's a V6 they are fine tbh.
