During when the Toyota 2GR-FE V6 engine was produced on a lot of a FWD Toyotas and Lexus’ during the 2000s, were the V6 engines also prone to burning oil cuz the 2.4L i4 on the Camry from 2007-2011 was prone to oil consumption.

No. The V6 engines are not, unless they neglected and the regular maintenance was ignored.

To answer your question. No, the 2GR-FE V6 were not prone to oil burning....They had other issues but burning oil wasn't one of them. But even the best engine if neglected will develop problems

No, they don't burn oil if maintained.
