I have a ringing sound I can hear when I open my driver side door. It never made this noise until i had a crank but no start issue
I had changed the spark plugs and fuel pump for Toyota Camry 1998 LE 4cyl. The car started up but later on I heard this noise I posted the sound on here: https://youtu.be/_wFT9Yfl66I
the sound is exactly this noise what could it be?
The noise is not heard when the car doors and windows are closed only when I walk out of the car and open the hood I can hear it

Prince just a bad ignition switch that stays on even though you take the key out I've seen that
I can’t hear it in the car only when the car is on and the windows are down, is it still the ignition switch?
