Hello.
As everyone is already aware this is not the best time to buy a used car therefore i am thinking of financing a New Toyota Camry or Mazda 3.
My Question is The Mazda 3 GTs are still made in Japan and the Camrys are made in US.
Do u think the Mazda 3 Made in Japan would outlast a Camry made in US ?

Toyota.

Either one, driven sensibly and maintained, could last 300k miles or more. But it's an apples vs oranges thing - the Camry has a little more space and better for cruising, the Mazda is more nimble - why not try the Accord and Civic, too, and buy the one you like best.

Agreed! driven sensibly and maintained properly both will last long. but now thinking about the other electronics, Touch screen, Sensors, Audio system, Heater, AC etc.
Would toyota be more reliable than Mazda?
Honestly i hate the way these CVTs drive that Honda has in both Accord/ Civic

Hey, no argument from ,me, I've only bought Toyotas for the past 40 plus years, and never been disappointed.

All else being equal, the Toyota should outlast the Mazda.

Also, take glen’s suggestion and check out the Hondas too..

Thank you. Seems Toyota def is better buy..

Toyota even though being made in US it's still Toyota quality so this wouldn't be a reason for concern at least for me. I also agree with checking out Honda; personally I prefer Honda because of their more roomy interior (or at least it's how it feels because of how they've designed it). Test drive both Toyota and Honda and see which one you prefer.

A Camry will outlast most anything else if taken care of. The only reason I would suggest the Mazda is if you enjoy the experience of driving. I say this with no negative intent as we have a nearly 20 year old Camry... The Camry is a phenomenal driving appliance, where as Mazda is known for building cars that are engaging to drive.
