no special problems that might occur randomly on this car? if it was taken care of of course

Reliable, some normal maintenance can be a hassle (especially in FWD), like plug replacement. But it's only as good as the care it gets. Life is great, engine operated under conservative conditions is under light strain, I4 engines see a lot more strain.
