hey , my celiica 2000 gts engine is makiing a knowcking sound after 5mins of starting and the oil siign lights up abit later any idea what im faciing? it happened riiight after i changed my battery.

Check the oil level. If it is fine, your oil pump is going out. Do not drive the car with oil light on. You may seriously damage the engine.

i filled the oil recently, oil level is full

i had a mechanic check it out, he wants me to bring it him rather than doing it where its parked his shop is 3mins away but iim afraid to risk it
3 min should not damage it. But drive conservatively.
