Hi Scotty,
I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla, with 64,000 km and there is a weird rattling noise at the left side. Sometimes it sounds, sometimes doesn't. What could it be? Could it be a loose screw?

Loose muffler/cat heat shields will create a intermittent rattle. Check for that, and also for any loose plastic shields under your car or in the wheel wells.
