I saw that video you made with the guy from Wisconsin who got a new frame on his Tundra. I called a random dealer in Milwaukee, and they advised me it is based on the year and model to qualify for the frame recall. Do you possibly know if there is a list so I can keep a look out for used trucks to possibly buy?

Well unfortunately there is no list and Toyota can be quite arbitrary on who they put frames on and who they don't. I've had customers get free frames on one model and another customer with the same exact year model they refuse to put another frame on so it's pretty much potluck. And they mainly only do it for northern states they won't do it for people who are say in Arizona or New Mexico where it's dry and don't use salt on the road much
