Hello everyone, is there any one familiar with the 2002 to 2007 sequoia key ecu. I been testing one and pins 6, 11, and 13 on key ecu have no voltage like they are supposed to have. Any suggestions. Thanks everyone.

I followed all of that, and the ones circled in red have no response, voltage, all others check out good including power and grounds.

Key transponder antenna stoped working so I went and tested system out follow alldata and according to it key ecu was bad, so I got a new one and yep all the pins are good with the exception of 6, 11 and 13 on key ecu 2 of pin 6 is always power to key amplifier ( no voltage ) pin 11 is for ecm IMI ( no voltage ) and pin 13 is for txct between key ecu and key amplifier for coil around ignition. Tried the sync for 30 minutes pin 4 and 13 shorted which sycked ecm and ecu but I can't get the key learned because of no power to those pins at key ecu to power coil. New key ecu is oem and is in learning mode security light is solid on waiting for key transponder to learn, but it's not supplying power to pin 6 which is vc12 all the time. So no power to antenna coil can't read key transponder. Here's a link to a YouTube link with a wire diagram all circled in red are the faults. Thank you
