I'm looking at some Toyota Sequoias for under 5k that have 180k+ mileage on them. I'm trying to pick out a reliable, spacious people mover.
If they've been taken care of, do they still have a lot of life left in them?

By high mileage, if you were to say 350k miles, than I would not buy one. 180k miles is not that much for a truck based Toyota especially from those tank years. If it is in good mechanical shape, it could last double maybe.
