Hello Scotty, my name is Tim I like to buy quality things and keep them for very long time I was wondering should I buy the 2021 Toyota sequoia or wait for the new model Sequoia in 2022 I’m afraid of their reliability when they start doing things to the motor to achieve the better gas mileage but I would like the bells and whistle’s that the new one would have. We have a large family of 5 and a large dog and we have outgrown our 2006 Toyota tundra please help, I wouldn’t mind buying used but Toyotas do not depreciate enough to justify it. We live very far north in Canada and the 4 Wheel Dr. is a must and the high clearance would be a good asset to clear the snow drifts. Do you have any other ideas of a large SUV that would be good to suit our family we’re sort of on a budget as well but I wouldn’t mind spending a little extra for something really good
Every car has major and/or minor kinks to be worked out in its first couple model years. I say get a 2021.
I would go with the 2021. I'm not a fan of being a first year Guinea pig for any manufacturer, even Toyota.
Just buy what’s on dealer’s lot, now! Don’t wait for a new model! The new one won’t be better, won’t be more rugged, … and won’t be cheaper, either!
