Been living with this for 3 years. Ive done EVERYTHING except ask Scotty Kilmer. My 2017 toyota sienna idles rough (shakes) when stopped in drive with foot on brake. It only does this when ambient temp is 82 or below. It will keep cycling from rough to smooth until i start to drive or give is gas. If idling on an incline (nose up) it will never idle rough. It drives perfect under all other conditions. NEVER a problem above 82 degrees. The dealer has been useless. Please help. Thank you. -Ryan

Well first check for vacuum leaks it's in my video finding engine vacuum leaks with a cigar. If not that try my video make your car run better with a little spray cleaner
