How should I go about maintaining Toyota Softex seats? Are they more durable than leather seats? I live in the southeastern area of the States. We have cold weather 6 months and hot weather 6 months give or take.

As with most synthetics, the important thing is keeping them clean so dirt doesn’t abrade the surface. Wipe them down regularly with a warm, damp rag; that’s most of it. You can treat - sparingly - with various protectants, but wipe off as much residue as possible so it doesn’t just trap dirt.
