Generally, they are good cars and last a long time if taken care of. Some notes for this car: The V6 engine tends to develop oil sludge if it has not been taken care of. Also, it has rubber timing belt which needs to be taken care of every 100k miles.

Make sure it has a clean title and passes a mechanical inspection. If so, they can be good cars and that's not a lot of money in this market.
